MHRA Sailor of the Year Paul Thurman, crew on the Inter 20 A key part of any fast boat is an exceptional crew. Paul has sailed with Jason for three years in a progression of boats (Hobie 16, Nacra 5.8, Inter 20). He calls tactics, attends to sail trim, and ensures that the boat stays upright and out of collisions. Congratulations, Paul. |

| The Big Dinghy at the Richmond Yacht Club is next. The news that the America's Cup is coming to the bay has sparked interest it catsailing. In early January the RYC had Wetas, a three Hobie 20s, a Tornado, and several Hobie 16s in the yard. Cats are on the welcome board for club activities and this will be a great first outing. The facilities are great and the race organization fantastic. See you there! |
