MHRA is an acronym for the
Multi-Hull Racing Association.
MHRA hosts events in northern
California, northwestern Nevada, and southern Oregon. All multihulls are welcome at MHRA regattas,
regardless of brand-name, color,or
creed. Separate starts are provided for classes (five boats or more) and mixed multihulls use Portsmouth ratings.

Eagle Lake Regatta

The Eagle Lake Regatta 2010 is over. Conditions were splendid to horrific.

Location: Eagle Lake is located near Susanville California on the dry side of the Sierra. The lake features sparkling clear water and reliable afternoon winds. Sailors choose to camp at the regatta site (private) or at one of the Forest Service campgrounds.. Camping is available on private land that is right next to the shore and is covered with large trees.

  • $7/night/family, Family = Parent(s) + kids living at home + 1 extra person who crews .If the crew brings their family and vehicle, an additional registration is required.

  • Beverages/munchies on Saturday

  • “Elkins'Famous Family BBQ”
    • Saturday Night BBQ provided by Gary and Ricci Elkins
    • Potluckside dishes by last name
    • A-J bring a dessert and K-Z bring a salad
      Sailors are responsible for informing all guests of the Potluck
