The Commodore is elected in even-numbered years for a two-year term. All other offices are up for election every year. All MHRA members may vote in officer elections, held during the yearly buisness meeting. The buisness meeting is held every year in November. MHRA members will be notified at least one month in advance of the time and place of the buisness meeting.
